Radio plays an advertising jingle that goes, "Belchy Cola hits the spot – six full gallons is quite a lot!" This is clearly a parody of the Pepsi-Cola jingle written in 1939 by Alan Bradley Kent and Austen Herbert Croom-Johnson: "Pepsi-Cola hits the spot / Twelve full ounces, that's a lot!"
